About Me
Our story
Jessica Workman, founder of Eagle Eye Dog Training, has always had a passion for helping dogs and the people who care for them. Growing up around dogs, she often saw dogs abandoned or rehomed due to behavioral issues that could have been prevented with proper training and guidance. That experience inspired her to create Eagle Eye Dog Training with one clear goal: to help dogs stay in their forever homes by giving both dogs and owners the tools they need to succeed.
At Eagle Eye Dog Training, Jessica focuses on more than just teaching dogs commands. She believes that successful training comes from helping owners understand how to clearly communicate with their dogs. By teaching owners how to properly guide and train their dogs, it creates structure, confidence, and a lasting bond between dog and owner.
Jessica has worked with dogs her entire life and began developing her training skills early on. She trained her family’s Red Heeler, Cisco, to work cattle as well as perform protection work. Over time, she found herself regularly helping friends, family, and community members improve their dogs’ behavior by sharing practical training advice and techniques.
After graduating high school, Jessica enrolled in Animal Behavior College’s professional dog trainer program, where she earned her certification and further developed her knowledge of canine behavior and training methods. Following her certification, she founded Eagle Eye Dog Training and has been dedicated to helping families and their dogs build stronger relationships ever since.
